Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from Singapore via SingPost.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Orders will take approximately 5-10 business days to reach the US, however shipping times may vary for different countries. Free shipping is available for all orders. This option does not include tracking. Registered tracked mail is available at a small fee.

Singapore Orders

Free shipping is available for all orders in Singapore. This option is only applicable to normal local mail and does not include tracking. Registered tracked mail is available at a small fee.

Order Processing/Tracking

Please note orders take approximately 2-4 business days to process before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. If you have chosen registered/tracked mail, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are non-refundable upon order confirmation. This includes loss of package while en route to the shipping address. Should you not receive your package within the stipulated shipping time, please contact us and we will initiate the proper claim procedures with the postal service. This option is only available if you selected tracked shipping during checkout, since there is no way the postal service will be able to trace the location of your package once it is sent out using the normal mail option. Replacements will only be sent in the instance of a defect and upon receipt of proof, or at our own discretion.
